Dokumentų archyvavimas, duomenų archyvavimas

Archiving of electronic and paper documents, other related services are regulated by the requirements of the current legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. Upon request, the Company's staff evaluates your documents and draws up an archiving plan and estimate.

After ordering services, in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts and the customer, the documents are sorted, systematized, arranged using the means provided for that purpose, and digitized as required. Archiving is usually carried out in the dedicated Dokdata premises, which are arranged and transferred to the company's storage for storage. In individual cases, the services may be provided at the customer's premises.

Document and data archiving is performed by qualified professionals, most of whom have more than 10 years of experience. Employees are constantly trained, the whole process is monitored, internal and external audits are carried out.

Here are three simple steps we can take to help you collaborate on archiving documents:

Our archivist comes to your company or evaluates documents remotely, consults on further actions.
Knowing what documents you have and what you need to do with them, a detailed plan of further actions and tasks is prepared.
Having an archiving plan, we perform all the work specified in it in a high quality manner and hand it over to the customer.
