The destruction service is performed in dedicated premises and special equipment in accordance with DIN-66399 and DIN 32757-1, transporting documents from the customer's premises or from the Dokdata storage facility, if the documents have been handed over for storage.

For the collection of unarchived, drafts documents at the customer's premises, in order to protect the data contained in the documents in accordance with the requirements of BDAR (EU) 2016/679 and to preserve the environment by transferring shredded paper for recycling, dedicated document collection containers shall be kept at the customer's premises. The containers are equipped with an advanced electronic lock system that increases the security and functionality of the containers.
